It all began when the owner of the historic bar and ice cream shop “Bar Centrale” (opened in 1937) in Piazza Indipendenza 16 in the center of Pontinia, decided to retire. Domenico Coco, who as a young woman had worked at a luxury hotel on the beach of Sabaudia, did not miss the opportunity. The first times were tough, and under the new management to attract new young customers, new things had to be invented to keep up with the times. and here, in Piazza Indipendenza, Domenico with his wife Patrizia and the help of his children Ubaldo Simone was born with the great desire for an ice cream shop (or rather, a creamery) to become one of the most well-known and recognized in the city, which has received very important awards. The creaming laboratory is always at work, guaranteeing a very fresh product with the highest quality raw materials.

The range of flavors is expanded without leaving anything to chance, but only thanks to in-depth studies on sublime raw materials and completely revolutionary new concepts, revisiting tradition and linking it to meticulous care… so much so from Simone and mother Patrizia to consider their creamed like a creature, to be cared for with love and dedication, to be proud of.

This adventure, which has been going on for over 29 years, represents a continuously growing path, a laboratory where the activity is always incessant and stimulates ever new ideas, products and projects, studied on the needs of a loyal clientele.
So this story has been and continues to be a success story. A story of memories, of family, of courage and recklessness, of experience and passion, of love and vision: this is our story, which continues and is renewed every day, where, we believe, the best is yet to come.
